RowDocs is a small product with a real address and one mailbox that a human reads. There is no ticket queue, no chatbot, and no phone tree.
Answered within two business days, usually the same day. If you have not heard back in three, send it again — it went to spam on one end or the other, and we would rather have the duplicate.
What to write about
The tool did something wrong
A file that would not parse, output that came back mangled, a column the splitter did not see. Send the shape of the data if you can — column headers and a couple of fake rows are usually enough. Never send the real file; we do not want it and this site is built so we never receive it.
Billing, cancellation, or a refund
Email works, and so does replying to your receipt. Polar Software, Inc. is the merchant of record for every RowDocs purchase, so they hold the payment method and issue the money back — but you never have to work out which of us to ask. Ask us and we will handle it.
A licence key that will not activate
Include the key and the email you bought with. Most failures are a key from a different product or a subscription that lapsed, and both are things we can see and fix from our side.
Privacy — access, correction, or deletion
Data-subject and CCPA requests come to the same address. We hold very little about you (no file ever reaches us), so these are usually answered the same day.
