Pricing questions
What counts as a row?
Data rows — the header row never counts. If your spreadsheet has a header and 20 rows of data under it, one free generate run covers all of them. The limit is per run, not per month: runs themselves are unlimited on every tier.
Do my files get uploaded when I pay?
No — paying changes what the generate tools unlock, not where your files go. All processing stays in your browser on every tier; there is no upload on Free and no upload on Pro. See the privacy page for how to verify that yourself in the network tab.
Can I cancel? What about refunds?
Pro renews automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime — you keep access through the period you paid for, and nothing renews after that. Any charge is refundable in full for 30 days, no reason needed: email rowdocs@kriba.co and we handle it. The refund policy page has the detail.
